Feeling some accomplishments today!

So I just put on a pair of my capri's. Usually after I wash and dry them I have to struggle to get the on until they stretch out. Today they just slid right on. No effort at all. I didn't have to fight. I weighed myself today on my home scale and I am down 31 pounds. It fluctuates about 5 pounds through out the day. And as long as I'm under 460 I'm happy. That's 24 pounds down. Now I'm going to fight to get these last few pounds off so I can get my second appointment!! My appointment weight is 450. Thanks for listening. I really don't have anyone around me that cares to hear my looser stories.

Every pound counts! I love to see all the "loser" stories! Every time I lose a pound I want to scream and shout! I am 4 1/2 months out and down 70lbs. Never ever did I think that would happen! Keep fighting those pounds! Hope you are able to get your second appointment soon!
