Sparklette 381 Posted August 3, 2013 My motivation is a "dream list", some people call it a "Reverse bucket list". It's all the things you plan on doing once you're able. What is your motivation? 1 Ammariehs mommy reacted to this
terry1118 1,274 Posted August 3, 2013 My motivation was to be pain-free, extend my life, and to start living instead of just existing. To be happy! Bonuses are: shopping, looking better in clothes, shopping, having more confidence, shopping, being more productive at work, shopping, feeling more romantic, and did I say shopping? Lol 1 Ammariehs mommy reacted to this
deaddemmama 474 Posted August 3, 2013 My motivation is to reduce my chronic pain, to lower cholesterol and triglycerides, to avoid type 2 diabetes, and to avoid hypertension. Looking better is just gravy 1 Ammariehs mommy reacted to this
ElleG 394 Posted August 3, 2013 To live life and stop feeling like I'm chasing it. This feeling is soooo good I just don't want to ever loose it. 2 kristy3k and Ammariehs mommy reacted to this
Ammariehs mommy 150 Posted August 3, 2013 My main motivation is my one year old daughter. Everyday she amazes me with something new. I cringe at the thought of not seeing her grow up. Next I would like to walk without pain. Not have high blood pressure. Shop till I drop at a cheap store. Not have to order my clothes and then try them on and send them back when the don't fit right. The process takes at least 6 weeks. Ride the boat ride at the county fair. Last time rode it I was15 and I could hardly fit then. Take a vacation and ride in a plane. My list can go on and on. Thinking one day I will be able to do these things is the reason I keep going.
