staop2003 6 Posted August 3, 2013 I am a month out and on regular foods. I am tracking on myfitnesspal and I'm wondering how many calories I should be having a day. I average between 550-695. Just wanted to make sure that is where I should be. I just looked at my paperwork and will be adding in two high Protein Snacks in between my meals.
