katrinaxox1 1 Posted July 31, 2013 Good afternoon everyone! It's Katrina. Bad news I went on vacation last week and I gained 2 pounds! I see my nurse practitioner this Friday.... I feel like I failed..... I'm scared!! My surgery date is September 12th so I have about a month to lose 10 pounds. ANY POINTERS?! Thank you! So I started back on my plan Morning- Metabolic Reset hunger Control shake with almond unsweetened Milk total 8oz.... Water, Water, and more water NO SODA, I'm going to cut off ALL breads now then eat normally stop eatingat FAST food restaurants... eat VERY VERY SLOWLY chew chew and DONT be afraid to leave food in your plate wich is my biggest issue because i think of all the hungry people in the world and i feel gulty but im getting over it. keep looking at pictures on this website and document all your food intake.... kraney 219 Posted August 1, 2013 I went on vacation the beginning of July and had the same issue. I dropped the weight in just a few days as soon as I got back to my Protein, Water, Water, water regimen! I'm sure it will be gone in no time.
