janel129 5 Posted July 31, 2013 So I am two months out and I'm down about 40 pounds. That's great and all but I've been the same weight for about two and a half weeks now with like a 2-4 weight gain then loss again like once a week. I feel like I hit a plateau. Is only 40 pounds in two months normal????
ArmyOfMe 82 Posted July 31, 2013 Yep, very normal. Your body is doing what it is supposed to do. I see stalling as a way for our bodies to take a break after massive weight loss. I would not worry. I am a slow loser, as well and currently at a stall in my journey. I'm not worried anymore because I know the weight will come off sooner or later.

reason2live 11 Posted August 2, 2013 I am down 73 lbs since March 27 but I hit plateaus all the time. I wouldn't worry about it because you will start to lose again. Congrats everyone on your loss!
