aayers88 31 Posted July 29, 2013 Yeah I do a workout like 4 days a week. I've been on a stall with my weight for like 1 1/2 months... I think I'm just getting depressed by only losing like 8 pounds in that time. I bumped up my Protein and it didn't help much so idk... Pam Peltz 56 Posted July 30, 2013 I almost always only walk on the treadmill at the gym. On the days that I don't go, I make sure the next day that I walk on my breaks and lunch. 3times around the building outside is a mile or 6 times around the inside for my work place. Try that for you just walk. If that isn't convenient, maybe you have stairs? Any is better than none. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
