Fancie57 50 Posted October 13, 2013 I am 4 months out and I get hungry. But it doesn't take much to make the hunger go away. For me (I know everyone is different) it was one of the easiest things I have ever done. I was ready and willing to do what needs to be done. I am down 75 lbs and loving my new life. Still have about 30 more to lose but it will come off. You can do this. The liquid diet is the hardest part of the journey. lisalisalisa 54 Posted October 15, 2013 I had those thoughts too that i can't eat these things ever again! That is so not true. After a while you will be able to eat them. Hers the big secret....for the first couple months you won't want them! When you have no appetite food is much less appealing. If you eat something you shouldn't then you won't feel well and you will think real hard before eating it again lol. Think of it as shock therapy when something makes you feel bad you really don't want to eat it. You may miss it but not crave it. Honestly, the food thing has been fine. What i want to do, , and i am fighting it daily, is smoke! Giving up both has sucked but given a choice, I'd rather smoke at this point. I just have to keep fighting it. You aren't giving up food forever, honest!!
