Today is my six month surgiversary. I see the doc tomorrow. Thank God.

I had a great visit:) I must try harder to get all my daily Protein in and he ^my Iron too:) I have lost more than half of my body fat in six months and I still cannot believe it most days. Hope y'all had a good doctors visit too:)

My appt was cancelled and now I have to wait until this coming Tuesday to see the dr. Oh well gives me more time to work my butt off.
