califmomto4 84 Posted July 27, 2013 I haven't had any since surgery. I was going to have a cup last night because I was a bit short on protein...but then I looked at nutrition facts and it said 15g sugar?
Shrinking Don 365 Posted July 27, 2013 drink 1% instead
futuremrsparker 288 Posted July 27, 2013 I drink 1% because the stats are much better for you and it has the 1% of milk fat to help the nutrients in it to absorb (no fat, no absorption). Be careful trying it at first though because a lot of GBP peeps end up lactose intolerant and find themselves in the potty shortly after drinking. pookybear 284 Posted July 27, 2013 Not really, I didn't drink it that much before surgery because of a lactose intolerance. So far I don't think I'm intolerant anymore (kinda weird but stranger things have happened with this surgery) but I'm good without it. I use it in Cereal and oatmeal but that's about it.
