sissy 14 Posted August 7, 2013 It's a grocery store and I was down in Texas. Thought someone could help me find some good Protein.< /p>
bigmike 64 Posted August 12, 2013 Depends on where you are located, each HEB markets to the type of neighborhood they are in. In San Antonio Bandera and 1604 has its own health food Protein section.
aba9903 35 Posted August 14, 2013 Best thing I found at HEB was fat free Mootopia milk. It is lactose free milk but has like 12 or 13 grams of Protein in a glass which is much more than regular milk or lactose free milk. I used it for everything to up my protein intake. 1 pattymelts reacted to this

bb00024 21 Posted August 22, 2013 I went the HEB and bought a pint of the chocolate lactose free milk, and it taste amazing. However, 1-cup has 12-g of sugar. Won't this be a problem after surgery?? I am Pre-op(Sept 16th surgery date), so I am trying to find things for after surgery. Thank you.
ponchik 77 Posted August 22, 2013 Yeah, it may be.. I would dump on this much sugar for sure.
aba9903 35 Posted August 22, 2013 Don't get the chocolate. Get the regular fat free Mootopia.
bb00024 21 Posted August 22, 2013 Thank you for the information. Any additional tips please feel free to give them. I feel like I am a little unprepared understanding the acceptable foods and I want to educate myself STAT.
