vg1276 3 Posted August 4, 2013 How soon can you start working out? I am having my surgery on Monday and am ready to start toning as soon as I can! I am 27 and my highest weight was 299lbs. I am currently at 245lbs. I have already experienced having saggy arms and I am terrified that they will get worse. I love to wear tank tops!

My friend got the bypass 2 months ago and she's taking it easy. She walks 2 miles everyday. So I guess its up to you and how your body feels. I hear you on the whole saggy arms thing. Kyle314 18 Posted August 7, 2013 I'm 26 and had rny october of last year. There are quite of few younger people getting wls. What's really hard to find is other guys to talk to about wls. I read a statistic that said wls is 80% women and 20% men. It was something along those lines. I just found this site and look forward to talking to you guys more. 1 Sparklette reacted to this
