Amanda R 56 Posted July 24, 2013 In the past month I have gained 6 pounds. Not sure how as that would mean I ate an extra 21,000 calories. I ate bad like 2 days while we were at a Water park.
Chelle 59 Posted July 24, 2013 I am on my 6 month diet right now....and I have gone up and down. What I notice is that I am learning all of these things about food, eating, etc......so I seem to have food on the brain 24/7. I have another 50 ish days before my pre-op appointment, and if they weighed me right now I would be up a couple- hoping I can drop 10 in the next 50 days. Good luck to you!! DevilBlueDress 189 Posted July 24, 2013 I gained from month 1 to month 2. Then I started tracking intake with My Fitness Pal. I then lost a little (16 lbs) during months 3-6 as I changed habits to reflect more post RNY behavior and diet.
Amanda R 56 Posted July 24, 2013 I've maintained my weight for 5 months. Losing a pound here and there then would gain it back. This month I gained 6 lbs over night pretty much after eating bad for a couple of days. I've been good since eating salads and not too much junk
