Let me put it this way - you will regret it and your body will be so mad at you. I ate eggs to early and 13 months later I am just now able to really eat then now. The few minutes of joy will be hours of agony.

You will feel miserable if you do. DO NOT DO IT! it is a bad mistake. The grease will rip you apart from the inside out. It's not pleasant, Not to mention, you're starting a new lifestyle, so you really want to regress only 5 days out?

Not only will you most likely get sick but you could hurt your new stomach and cause complications. You're too early yet.

When u are about 2 to 3 months. You can slice a tomatoes like the base of a pizza. Sprinkle sly and pepper. Add cheese and garlic and/or Parmesan. Put in stove and broil on high until cheese is nice and bubble with slight hint of brown. It will get you over the hump.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
