I have to have blood work drawn for 3 months. Do I need to fast?

I just had my 3 month blood work drawn and I had to fast for 12 hours and be off of my Vitamins for 48 hours. Hope this helps...not sure if all surgeons require the same

My nutrutionist told me to not count calories because i was having trouble eating but im eating ok i put my self @ 600 to 800 just this past 2weeks to see if that would help ill tslk to her Tuesday im just tites of it all

Everyone is looking fabulous! The scale has started moving again for me. My HW this year 222. SW 218. Today 168. Feeling great. Shopped all day yesterday stopped at Starbucks and opted for a Protein strawberry banana non fat smoothie for lunch.
