My surgery date is set for August 7th, I can't wait! I'm feeling nervous and excited at the same time. I've even begun to buy summer clothes (great sale on summer wear!). I've lost 10.2 pounds on my first week of Optifast, I still have 2 weeks to go. Wish me luck! Please add me to your list, Thanks! ; )

Wow, cant believe it, had my final weigh in today, got my pre and post op directions...started phase 1 south beach on monday and was down 2 lbs this morn...its real now, Aug 1st, 1 week from today is my date....getting really nervous now...going from sleeve to RNY....
