Too much of me when bouncing- binder?

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to deal with all the bounce? I wanted to do Shaun T's 15 min workout yesterday, but when I got started jumping was too much for my extra bouncing body...

Compression garments!!! Hold the extra bouncy parts in place :)

I heard Compression shorts will help with that...(when I exercise, I use to say my body was clapping for me and cheering me on, now I think I'm going to get some compression shorts to hold this all together too.....
