exercising...how to get motivated

I'll try to give some input. first of all before banding way before like 94' i was in great shape and fit. in 04' when banded a slob. unfit. when i started it was hard but a litlle adds up and be consistant. start with the end in mind is my secret. i see where i'm going and what i'll look like. I went from 100 yards to 5 miles now in a year. its part of life now and the stress release and emotional release is worth it. I run 3 miles and walk two now which happens at least 3 times a week. keeps me positive. If I can get this done the rest is easy you know.... I have the edge physically too. Energy level for daily demands is not a problem anymore and I usually exceed the other people around me. Its great and I wouldnt change a thing. Picture yourself when you are done! The Band and a great exercise program? The fat aint got a chance!
