tlynn4love 48 Posted July 18, 2013 Yep. It definitely asked if I loved my mom and dad like six different times. I remember that question spevifically because every time I answered it I thought to myself 'did I already answer this?' Lol

poprouge 0 Posted July 18, 2013 While I haven't had one for wls yet in have had them before. Security clearance, as a preq for a job. It's always pretty basic esp the written exams. In the past I've always met or exceeded the requirements needed ie pass with flying colors. As far as questions go I can't imagine they can be more intrusive than the docs and nut already asked. Crkrjax76 76 Posted July 22, 2013 I especially liked the several times it asked if I thought someone was "out to get me"!!!
life_after_gastric_bypass 214 Posted July 22, 2013 Mine was a basic. He wanted to know if I had full knowledge for the life change that I was about to begin. If I knew the risks and potential complications. if I had help after surgery and if I was I going back to work. He also wanted to make sure I had support and we spoke about my weight history in a questionnaire that he given me. No worries you will be fine:)
