Hi everybody ! Today i start my 2 week pre-op diet ! My question is, am i supposed to start taking my multivitam now ? Or as soon after i have my surgery ? I havent bought any Vitamins yet and im worried im supposed to take them now... Thank you ☺

My doctor had me start them as soon as I started program which was about 6 mos. Before surgery. ..especially the Calcium and Vitamin D.. after surgery I couldn't take for about 2 weeks then I had to do only chewables...Dr's orders..at 3 mos. I was back to pills ...ask your dr..what he recommends.
