Canada March 2007 Goals

Lets see if this sounds at all like what I said in Jan and Feb...hehe...

exercise 3X week

eat less in evenings

lose 9 pounds to be at 50 pounds lost.

Well, I never do well on these goals, but now that I finally feel restriction again, I will say to get under 250. 'crossing fingers'

I changed my ticker, and I guess, technically made my March goal, which was to get back to and surpass my pre-defill weight of 181.6. I was 181.4 this morning, so... I'm BACK, baby!

3 weeks exactly.. left of March. What can I do in 3 weeks? I'm going for 175 :omg: YEAH! 6 lbs... doesn't sound crazy! That weight sounds like a crazy number for me to ever be at though! (but so does every weight i've hit in the last 6 months!)
