Does anyone else see a therapist??[/quote'] I see my therapist 2 x a month. I already had a therapist that I saw occasionally, and have found it to be very beneficial. We talk about feelings...go figure. It really helps me not stuff my feelings or cover them up with food or other substances. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
