Tina727 48 Posted July 14, 2013 I don't really get what that is' date=' grazing?[/quote'] snacking on small amounts of foods all day long.. a great example is cats, they nibble on food all day long vs a dog that scarfs it down in 3 bites lol. Being over weight-grazing is not good at all. After surgery, even worst.
Tammy wright 15 Posted July 14, 2013 Oh! Thank you, I might be a multi-personality cat/dog then because I've been known to do both...

Tammy wright 15 Posted July 15, 2013 I'm glad I asked this question. I find myself doing this quite often. I'm starting therapy next week, hopefully between my determination and the therapist I can stop this behavior. I'm going to make this work at any cost. I AM going to make this work... ponchik 77 Posted July 15, 2013 Good luck I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and hope the therapy will help! You may want to look into support groups, my doc office has weight loss surgery support group that meets every 2 weeks.
Tammy wright 15 Posted July 15, 2013 I haven't found any around here... I'm 3 hours away from the surgeon. I might make it up there once a month or maybe figure out how to start one here.
