aayers88 31 Posted July 12, 2013 I'm losing inches every month but I'm wondering what type of exercise will get rid of my stomach fat. It's really the only larger area of fat on me... 1 Fiusha reacted to this

Jeepchick42 193 Posted July 16, 2013 I disagree whether the it works wraps work. It's like the fad of wrapping yourself in cellophane from the 60s. It's a temporary fix. Once you stop using them you will go back to the way you were. The only way to take care of it is exercise and surgery. I've been a licensed esthetician for 10 years. Stretched marked skin is damaged skin and there is no way to get it back unless your willing to put in the work.

aayers88 31 Posted July 16, 2013 All I really care about is getting rid of the fat. I have come to the conclusion that I will probably need plastic surgery to help my stomach and arms so I'm really focusing on getting rid of the fat HW 332; CW 242; SD 02/28/2013; GW
