BowlingHooker 60 Posted July 11, 2013 I love rotisserre chicken - dark meat. Boston Market is one of my favorite places to get it. Walmart comes 2nd. The dark meat is moist and I will take the skin off, cut the meat off the bones and weigh them on my food scale. What would be good for the side dishes because I usually eat cream spinach and loaded mashed potatoes. All ot this stuff is easy to eat. Hopefully its healthy and my tummy will appreciate the good food its getting. What do you think?

Boston market creamed spinach has 15 g sat. Fat in a 2 oz. serving. Yikes. Maybe green Beans would be a healthier option. 2 BowlingHooker and slowtogo reacted to this

Maybe green Beans would be a healthier option. The green Beans have 200 fewer calories, 13 fewer grams of fat. Maybe stick to white meat ( if you can tolerate it) and beans, or if you bring it home, make wilted spinach with garlic and a little parmesan . It takes about 5 minutes. I agree with you but (not me cuz I'm a housewife) some ppl have a 9-5 job or don't like cooking. It's easier to buy frozen food or get fast food. We just have to make better choices. Veggies. If you love mash potato but don't want it have time to peel a potato. You can buy powder & just add Water it's by measurement it's done in no time. They sell chicken pre made its almost cook but you put it in the oven xx amount if time.
Equestriangirl 11 Posted July 12, 2013 It's very difficult trying to find heathy food out. The reason it taste so good is the fat and sodium they add. I find that it's a pretty slippery slope eating out to often. My taste buds get use to the higher fat and sodium and before I know it, I'm craving food that way..... I'm also a salt addict so thats probably why I am longing for the Boston Market. Okay, nevermind, its not good for me. I can make my own rotissere/baked chicken. Thanks everybody. 1 slowtogo reacted to this

A good chef shouldn't have a problem with special orders.
