8weeks out. Haven't tried cucumbers, yet. The only way I can eat raw carrots is shaved. I take a potato peeler and peel the carrots into a small pile of shavings and put a little Salad Dressing on top. I have also tried romaine lettuce. I take about 1/4 of a small head of romaine, spray a little bit if olive oil on it and put on the grill. Keep turning until all sides have a little bit of a grill mark. Then, sprinkle some reduced fat crumbled blue cheese on top. Yummy

I started cucumbers at 7 or 8 weeks. Raw carrots fill me up FAST and stick with me a while, I guess it's because they're so solid.

I'm 4 weeks out and cucumbers are one of the only fresh vegetables I can tolerate. I don't take the seeds out. I cut them into thin "chips" and dip them in Hummus.

I eat a cucumber with two tablespoons of kefir cheese which is the cheese equivalent of Greek yogurt almost every nite as my third meal. It's full of Water so I kind of feel like I'm cheating ;) I'm also a huge fan of tomatoes post op bc of the same factor. Onion and tomatoe salad mmmm
