What to do when you hit a stall?

Change up your diet/exercise routine.

When your body gets set in to a steady metabolic rate, your losing slows.

Add more Protein, or more exercise, vary your nutrition, check your Vitamins, consult with your doc.

I hit a few stalls along the way plus being a very slow loser, I mix my exercise up and increased the intensity and duration of my workouts and that got me out of my stall.
