No I didn't put meat in it this time just

A can of tomatoes

Can of seasoned tomatoes

Container of firm tofu

Can of black Beans

Oregano

Basil

Garlic

Hole onion

Chilli powder

I am eating it with cottage cheese but you can add ground turkey .. chicken.. Beef.. Then put it in the slow cooker
