ajustice 484 Posted July 9, 2013 Am I supposed to start chewable vitamins now? If so which ones does anyone recommend? I started when I went home but so many variations with what the dr'a want we see on here. My nutritionist said Flintstones complete 2 a day chewables. The complete she said have the Iron and I wouldn't need to take straight Iron then unless by some chance layer I needed to as indicated by my labs. I keep thinking I'm gonna graduate to adult ones soon.

califmomto4 84 Posted July 9, 2013 I take Centrum chewable. I was told no to gummies, Flintstones or any womens Vitamins. However Centrum chewable doesn't contain selenium so I had to supplement that. I also had to take vit d, b1 & B12 following surgery. Started taking Iron & Calcium 2 weeks post op. Per my dr, the Iron in the multivitamin is not sufficident and they recommend an addtl 30/day or 60/day for menstruating women.
