iamworthit 208 Posted July 9, 2013 How soon after surgery can you eat salad? My one month follow up with my nutritionist is Thursday and it is the first question I am going to ask. Fresh vegetables and fruit is the only thing I crave.

iamworthit 208 Posted July 9, 2013 The great thing for me is I love salad with just white balsamic vinegar on it so it will be healthy. I pray it is 8 weeks or under for me too because the thought of something fresh sounds so good.

lirri 40 Posted July 9, 2013 I know how you feel! I have been craving salad since I got home from the hospital. At 3 months out they said I can go to my final stage of food and have crunchy things like salads and veggies. Right now I'd kill to just have anything but Protein Shakes and Water. This stricture is really taking the fun out of this.

music1618 879 Posted July 21, 2013 When I first started I found that creamy type dressings hurt, but the thinner dressings went down fine
