KellyLessBelly 31 Posted August 7, 2013 Doc ordered labs and ordered me to go to the ER if I see this again. He should have the lab results by morning. I have a feeling I'll be in the ER before then

BowlingHooker 60 Posted August 8, 2013 Hi I had my surgery July 31st. Im 1 week post op today (yay). Taking things one day at a time especially since I have to give myself lovenox shots (I hate these). Anybody else struggle with these shots? Yes, Yes, yes!! I hated giving myself those shots!!!!!! Was so glad when I gave myself the last one! Doesnt it seem like the preparation for the shot takes longer than the actual shot? The needle is so sharp and goes in the skin painless, but just looking at that gives me the heebie jeebies! Its a good thing I didnt become diabetic. I would have had a problem. I want some deli meat and low fat cream cheese so bad lol ! I am counting down the days until 8/26 that's when I should be able to eat solid food again. KellyLessBelly 31 Posted August 9, 2013 Any other July folk back to work already? Going well so far but pretty tired by the end of the day. Just went back today to sit in an all day conference. I took walking breaks and did ok. I felt great in the beginning, but I was more than ready to go home towards the end! Now I'm super sore and I think it was from being in the sitting position so much.
