I can't stand walking! I get sooo bored. If I'm walking, I better be doing something productive lol. If I just get on the treadmill and walk or walk around the block, I'm over it after 2 minutes. stitchergirl88 24 Posted October 14, 2013 I don't mind walking if its outside or I can watch tv but I love swimming. Its relaxing, you don't get hot and sweaty, and its total body. ranchbrat 5 Posted October 16, 2013 I was told all liquid counts toward the 64-OZ, even Protein Drinks, broth as well. I was told that any liquid that you consume counts towards the 64 oz.
