I drank three cups a day when I was on liquids.

mamafine23 101 Posted July 3, 2013 II became lactose intolerant so I stuck to Jello , Popsicles , and Water flavored with disani flavor enhancer , and chicken broth
kracinski 4 Posted July 3, 2013 I'm making my husband go buy me some popsicles, I can't do broth even thinking about it makes me almost throw up. I used to have an "Iron stomach" but now even there mere though of things will bring Jen to my knees. Oh well on day at a time. I did drink a small glass of milk and that helped with my lightheadedness. highest weight: 380
date of surgery weight: 376
current weight
PittGuy 201 Posted July 3, 2013 I just found out I will be drinking 1/8 a cup of clear juice mixed with 1/8 a cup of Water three times a day just to keep blood sugar levels from going bonkers.
punkin 20 Posted July 3, 2013 I am pretty sure you can have any clear juice under 20 cals per serving. I have found minute maid has a couple of flavors in the refrigerator section at my Walmart. Also, ocean spray makes diet juices like cran-grape etc that were a nice change up. The only broth I could make it through was the beef bullion cubes and after two weeks of that I will be glad to never see it again.
graceann0888 145 Posted July 3, 2013 Try the diet snapple, diet green tea, diet v8 splash and Vitamin Water zero. I was allowed to have those. I just watered down the v8 if I drank it.
Kurstin 72 Posted July 3, 2013 Crystal light lemonade is amazing. I wish I would have discovered it sooner. I also did pedialyte Popsicles to help with electrolytes. Surgery Date: May 2, 2013 - Amount Lost: 58lbs
Jacqueline K 93 Posted July 3, 2013 The crystal light lemonade burned my pouch or at least that's how I felt. Fuze slenderize is good, low fat milk, Motts Tots has a light apple juice that I've been drinking - only 50 cals and 12 g sugar in 8 oz serving. Plus the juice helps keep Constipation away.
