life_after_gastric_bypass 214 Posted July 1, 2013 I will be doing my first BBQ Saturday since surgery, I'll cook for everyone else the things they like... For myself I think I will grill fish, veggies or a turkey slider or bring some snow crabs and keep some fruits and things I like around just for me...(trust me, I wont be able to eat all of that... but those would be my options)

Anniesmom12 181 Posted July 1, 2013 I am making some dishes to take to a cookout that are RNY friendly for me (including Protein pudding dessert) and I am taking my own hamburger patty to cook on the grill. (they are having the higher fat burgers, mine is lean meat)

alc1071 43 Posted July 2, 2013 I've been bringing things like devilled eggs or cheese/crackers. That way I know for sure there will be something I can eat and everyone else enjoys them too.
