cfergie911 90 Posted June 25, 2013 I havr my first appointment with my surgeon on August 2nd. It will be the 5th month of my supervised diet. I have lost 25 pounds already. I have my psyc eval s scheduled and I dont have to do a sleep apenia study either. I am getting excites but I found out that my husband will be deployed in October, but I don't know what day my surgery is going to be. I am hoping he will be here when it happens. I am nervous, scared, excited and ready to make this life style change. Any advice for a newcomer like me? Thanks everybody for being so supportive.

BBdoodle 483 Posted June 25, 2013 What worked for me was that I followed EXACTLY what my surgeon wanted me to do ... pre-op AND post-op.. I ate what I was supposed to eat, I exercised when I was cleared and have had no issues what so ever. Follow doctor's orders and you will be fine. Good Luck ! 1 Equestriangirl reacted to this
