terry1118 1,274 Posted June 23, 2013 My surgeon didn't set any goals for me. I just want to feel good and be healthy. My personal thoughts on it? I felt good at 145 but that's still overweight for me (I'm 4'11"- 5' - depends on who's measuring). I'd be happy there, though. Anything lower is just frosting on the cake. punkin 20 Posted June 23, 2013 I agree. I have been over 300 #s for as long as I can remember. Even 250 would be amazing! It's getting close. I have lost 15 lbs so far on the liquid diet alone and I still have until thurs to lose more... Thursday is the day my life changes forever....
sarjblack 29 Posted June 23, 2013 My Surgeon asked me what my goal weight was and I told him anything below 200. I've only seen the scale say 199 one time in my life and I would be so happy to see that again. That was the time in my life I felt the best physically. He says I should shoot for 180, but I'll be doing a happy dance at 199.9!! 1 hockeymumzie reacted to this

In High School i was 165 and all muscle and still small. As long as I'm healthy, happy, active, and riding my Harley I will be smiling ear to ear.
