Gosh I hope so! I would think in moderation and being fat free, it would be allowed. (My favorite is vanilla Chai Spice!)

Yes, you can use Creamer in your coffee. My nutritionist said that milk is actually better.

During pre-op? I would check, I was not allowed any dairy other than sugar free yogurt. Some are not allowed dairy during pre-op at all. I was allowed tea or coffee (both had to be decaf) and no cream. I drink cream in my tea all the time, so it was very difficult for me, but doable. ~Mandy

i use carnation liquid creme brulee creamer everyday all day long in my cofeeand I did the whole time i had my band and lost over 100 lbs..not to worry thatssmall stuff in the big picture
