Do you count from your pre-surgery (last

surgeon check-in pre-op) weight or once you came home post-op?

Most definitely from day 1 of pre-op diet to present. I worked hard to shed all that extra bacon. Better believe it, I will count it as progress. :)

I never found out my surgery weight officially, so I count from my HW before preop. Diet...and those preop lbs were hard!
