I am a few weeks away! I am very nervous! Anyone have any advice? I am having the roux en y procedure.

I am a few weeks away! I am very nervous! Anyone have any advice? I am having the roux en y procedure.

It will be over before u know it. I know u hear the chew slowly line over and over...but just really remember that when u start with food. Gas x strips help after surgery and a extra pillow. Get all the rest u can and just walk as much as u can too. Congrats on getting ready to start your new life!!!

No prob!!! Just yesterday I was antsy and nervous getting closer and now it's been 7 weeks that have flown by!!! There's some great stuff on here if u ever get bored and wanna go back and read. It's been very helpful
