I'm puzzled by the fact that at 2 months out and 60lbs lost, I suddenly gain 5 lbs in 2 days?? Eating no differently but I have been getting in more Water. But 5lbs?

If you workout, it may be muscle weight gain.

So there's 3500 calories in a pound....have you eaten 17000+ calories in the last couple days??? If not then its not fat. Could be retaining Fluid from the heat or too much salt or various other physical issues, or in need of a good poo, or, if you've exercised a lot you're muscles can sometimes hold Fluid when they've had a massive work out....so many variables....the Long and short of it is keep on keeping on and it'll start back up! You are doing awesome!!!!

Weight fluctuates and a gain doesnt mean fat. It could be muscle, need to eliminate bodily waste or just plain Water. I've gained 4 lbs overnight plenty of times and 2 days later, it's gone. Don't stress, it's normal.
