I've had it since 3:30 and its 10:30 and I still more than half. Good sipping drink still drinking my Water.

He got it at 7 eleven while we were at my sisters softball game. I was doubtful then I seen all the 0's on nutritional values.... Made my heart hapy

I couldn't find the mg of caffeine that's why I didnt drink more than half and took all night to drink and still drank Water.

Will look online to see. But my dr doesn't mind caffeine as long as I drink more Water. so this works for me!
