BowlingHooker 60 Posted June 28, 2013 what about marijuana for nausea?
deaddemmama 474 Posted June 28, 2013 Marijuana works well for nausea ...I had a friend who aerated it for nausea during chemo. I wouldn't smoke it though. If you have long term, unrelenting nausea, I would contact your Dr. to make sure everything 's ok.

deaddemmama 474 Posted August 17, 2013 My clients quit smoking on it. One rather smoke cuz to her it was cheaper then getting the refill. I've started sneaking cigs also. Bad choice. I tried chantix, but it gave me very bizarre dreams...had to quit on my own...it's an incredibly powerful addiction.

Jessie145 0 Posted August 28, 2013 Cool maybe e-cig will be best for me <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I started using Ecigs as something flavorful to keep my hands busy watching tv instead of munching on junk food. I have a waffles flavor that is full of buttery maple goodness. Highly recommended!
oldoneyoungagain 200 Posted August 29, 2013 Cigarettes are powerfully addictive. I'm a non-smoker but my hubby was a smoker for six years in his late teens into early twenties. He quit cold turkey in 1981, but it was hard and he was not an easy person to be around for a while. That's 32 yrs ago - he says to this very day cigarette smoke smells so good to him! That is the power it has... Congrats to all who have stopped and wishing success to those who are still trying... terry1118 tell your husband he did the right thing which I'm sure he knows but a high five anyway. We all know smoking can lead to lung cancer, stomach cancer, but in men, who are long time smokers, they have a better chance of developing bladder cancer. My hubby quit after about 48 years but way too late. Developed bladder cancer and died within two years from the diagnosis and he was about three months shy of a five year cancer survivor from prostrate cancer when diagnosed with bladder cancer. Long term survival for bladder cancer is five years. So good job for the long term success being smoke free.
