Everything that I thought I loved before surgery I hated. Even the Flintstone Vitamins were WAY too sweet. One Flintstone Vitamin made me feel like I had eaten a bucket of sugar...like sweetness overload. made me sick. Just don't buy a bunch of something you think you'll love...chances are your tastes will change and you'll be stuck with all these shakes, foods, drinks, and Vitamins that disgust you.
