Jeepchick42 193 Posted August 6, 2013 For some reason my crazy mother thinks that this surgery has made me allergic to gluten. She keeps buying me things that are gluten free and I keep telling her its not the gluten, its the carbs. She was shocked when I told her I couldn't have bread, Pasta or rice. Hopefully she'll figure it out soon but I'm kinda finding it funny for the moment. Lol. 2 Weight Warrior and favor reacted to this

Now my cold... my nose gets cold... my fingers get cold.. I'm sooo not used to this! I certainly not sweating like I used too which is very nice. Lol. Summer isn't so oppressive. But being really cold can be a sign of Iron deficiency. Have you had your blood checked?

Have you had your blood checked? I'm always somewhat anemic and am tested two to three times a year. It is a lifetime thing but never like it is now. Before, my feet would get cold but that's about it. Fortunately I just had a hot flash / personal summer moment so I'm warm again. LOL! Rhyz

I took the plain greek yogurt, mixed in some Lipton onion Soup mix and made " onion dip". I cut up red bell peppers and cucumber for dipping. Rhyzell 70 Posted August 7, 2013 So does anyone know anything about fitbit or a polor watch? Maybe a suggestion on something else that tracks your calories ect? I use MyFitnesspal for calorie / Protein tracking and Runkeeper for my exercise route tracking. You can also add an exercise to MPF and it changes your left over expendable calories accordingly. I'm very satisfied. 1 Dbanks reacted to this
