Weight Warrior 445 Posted July 22, 2013 I have stayed vegeterian since surgery and have remained that way even thought i have started back to "real food". But tonight i got a bug up my ass i wanted cream of chicken soup........BIG MISTAKE!!!! took me two hours to feel normal. I only had 2 tablespoons. My pouch is pissed at me tonight! It's vanilla Protein Shake, 2 sugar free fruit popsicles, 2 tbls sugar free cool whip, and frozen peaches! keefkeef1986 32 Posted July 22, 2013 I know this is kinda gross but it gave me an idea for a shake. I brushed my teeth this morning in the middle of drinking a chocolate Protein Shake. Afterwards it tasted just like mint choco chip and was actually really good. I think I'm going to pick up some mint extract to add to them.
