Weight Warrior 445 Posted September 4, 2013 Tiny rant ahead proceed with caution: I want to offer a little insight into my current analogy of my weight loss journey and why i refuse to go back to the way thing were. I view my former weight ( aka: the evil RJ) as the RMS Titanic. ( thats me :-) hitting an iceberg ( iceberg=RNY) that ship is fading into history and is going down. I have two choices 1. put on a life jacket and jump in and float and put zero effort into saving myself and as the ship sinks be sucked down with it ( sucked down=revert back to old ways) 2. swim like hell and leave that sinking ship behind me an LIVE to be RESCUED live a long and happy life. kristlynngirl 184 Posted September 4, 2013 How many grams of carbs are you all eating a day' date=' sodium and calorie intake?[/quote'] My NUT told me 600-800 calories, carbs under 45g and at least 60g Protein. I don't pay much attention to sodium. I don't have high BP nor do I really add salt to anything anyway. I'm 3 months out. See the surgical team next week. I don't know if they'll change anything. 1 Dbanks reacted to this

I did have calorie wiggle room fortunately. I will NOT take the hummas chip bag in the livingroom EVER AGAIN! My only downfall would be potatoes I put them in alot of my Soup and stews. now on another note i don't want to be gross but I've been having trouble going number two I've been having to take laxatives every couple weeks just to go is there a reason should I be eatting more of something to go??
