Pr1ncessJulee 116 Posted August 11, 2013 First time since surgery that I'm making a huge dinner for my fam. My Carmel apple cake just out of the oven. Everything from scratch. .no mixes...even the Carmel i made. Irish soda bread in the oven. Next is the shepherds pie. The smell of the cake is driving me crazy. Made a chocolate Protein Shake to help fight temptation. Ugh...why am i torturing myself this way???? YoColeFleet 246 Posted August 12, 2013 I walked along the Lake to the beach this evening, it was soooo relaxing, Chicago is so beautiful in the summertime...and for dinner I had baked catfish and green Beans, although I ate just a little, it was satisfying and it didn't get stuck, for dessert I will have sugar free popsicle...today was a good day. 3 hautechic13, zuzuspetals and Weight Warrior reacted to this
