zuzuspetals 78 Posted October 6, 2013 Hi Junies, I'm struggling and I need to verbalize, lol! Anyone else having trouble wrapping their head around the fact that they have more to lose -- that they aren't done yet? I've lost 71 lbs and have reached uncharted territory about 20 lbs ago. In other words I've never been this weight in my adult life. I still have 50 more lbs to lose till my goal, and it's really hard to believe that I will keep losing. The scale has only moved 4 lbs in 3 weeks and I'm afraid my mental attitude is causing the slowdown. Also I have been slacking on the exercise. I went to they gym this week after a 3 week absence and discovered that the workout I was doing is way too easy for me now. I mean, I barely broke a sweat. How does this happen so fast? So the next day I amped it up and lo and behold the scale started moving again. Sometimes I just sit in awe of what is happening to my body. It's wild and scary sometimes! Thanks for listening. <
