kristlynngirl 184 Posted September 28, 2013 Everyone at work keeps calling me Skinny Minnie. I can't wrap my head around it. They're all asking how much skinnier I'm trying to get! My 18s are too big and just less than four months ago I was pushing a 24! 2 daynauky1 and Rhyzell reacted to this

momma_doe 50 Posted September 28, 2013 It's probably kinda dumb, but the thing I keep looking most forward to for my future body, is wearing levis. Like plain old non-mom-jean jeans that I just pull on (without an elastic waist) button, zip and throw on a fitted t then walk out into society. I've watched women on tv shows and commercials do that for years and now I really seem to "want" that. I know, superficial - I should want to just be healthy or run 10 miles, or . . . . . 2 YoColeFleet and Sonia65 reacted to this

Dbanks 111 Posted September 29, 2013 So my Nut told me that everyone that fails at Lon time weight loss added carbs back to their diet too soon and too much. I haven't had any bread, Pasta, rice ect since surgery. What about you all? Is your Nut as strict as mine? HW 343 SW 326 CW 259 GW

I can wear the levis from Macy's right now but I want to be able to buy them out of the Levi's store. When I hit my goal, I'm marching down Newbury st and spending like $300 on a pair of amazing jeans because I can finally fit into them. This is the reward I've planned to give to myself for hitting goal since I started this process. 1 momma_doe reacted to this

HW 343 SW 326 CW 259 GW 177[/quote'] I would say that my clinic's plan is about the most strict I have seen on here. Even after three months, I am only allowed one tablespoon of a starch per meal. AND if I choose a fruit or veggie, then NO starch. I am allowed 3 meals a day with no Snacks. The meals are only 1/4 cup, but I can now start working toward 1/3 cup meals, with the goal of 1/2 cup meals when I get to 6 months (but not BEFORE 6 months). I can start to add bread, pasta and rice back in, but again only one Tablespoon. It's tough because I see all the great stuff folks on here are eating, and I just have a piece of string cheese, and that's a meal!! But at least it's working!! 1 Dbanks reacted to this
