Cottage cheese, tuna salad, egg salad, yogurt, left over chicken or fish from the night before. 1 Weight Warrior reacted to this

hek1127 166 Posted September 11, 2013 What is everyone eating for lunches? That seem to be the meal i have the hardest time with! I do about 2oz of tuna salad and a laughing cow with a couple multigrain wheat thins. It is probably my favorite meal of the day. graceann0888 145 Posted September 11, 2013 I go for my 3 month follow op next week. First time seeing my surgeon since the week after surgery.( I live in another state) I was hoping to be down at least 50lbs but I should be between 45-50lbs I am really starting to see a difference and I feel great. Someone at work I hadn't seen in a couple months didn't even recognize at first. Totally made my day. 5 zuzuspetals, Weight Warrior, Sara Beth and 2 others reacted to this

kristlynngirl 184 Posted September 11, 2013 Had my three month post op appointment today and my surgeon is very pleased - huge weight off my shoulders! Said I have lost almost 45% of my excess weight which is where most patients are at four to five months out! I was concerned because I was only down 55ish pounds - but be said they look at percentage not total pounds - and reminded me to quit comparing myself to others. 3 Rhyzell, Weight Warrior and Dbanks reacted to this
Rhyzell 70 Posted September 11, 2013 Hi all, This is my 3month pic next to a picture I took a couple of weeks after I decided to get the surgery in Jan/Feb. I am down 76lbs total since then, 46 of that was post op at my 3 month appt last week. It's has been a roller coaster but I am still glad I did it! Thanks for being my friends here. You have been my rock! Rhyzell Sent from my iPad using RNYTalk 1 Dbanks reacted to this
