I went to the high school football stadium across from where I live and did the unthinkable....I put my fear of heights aside and ran up and down the stadium! I did it 4 times then walked the track until my legs felt like Jello. What an incredible high! Had Breakfast at 7 on the way to work and just got on my lunch break. I'm having chicken salad which has never given me an issue before but I'm super nauseous for some reason. I have half cup of yogurt and a 1/4 cup of nuts, usually mixed cashews, almonds, and walnuts. I also have a mini babybel cheese before lunch mid morning.
